Welcome to Bidaya Consultants. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [www.bidayaconsultants.com] and the services provided by Bidaya Consultants. By accessing our website or signing a service agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Bidaya Consultants provides advisory and processing services for:

  • Skilled Migration (Canada, Australia, UK).

  • European Work Permits & Residency.

  • Student Visa Admissions.

  • Visit & Business Visas.

Important Disclaimer: Bidaya Consultants is a private consultancy firm. We are not a government agency, embassy, or part of any government body. We assist clients in preparing and submitting applications but do not have the authority to grant visas.

2. No Guarantee of Visa

  • Final Authority: The decision to grant or refuse a visa, work permit, or residency lies solely with the relevant government authority (e.g., UK Home Office, IRCC Canada, Schengen Embassies).

  • No Guarantees: Bidaya Consultants does not and cannot guarantee the outcome of any application. Any timeline or success probability provided by our consultants is an estimate based on past experience and current regulations, not a guarantee.

  • Non-Liability: We are not liable for rejections caused by changes in immigration laws, government caps, security checks, or medical inadmissibility.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure the smooth processing of your file, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, true, and complete information.

  • Submit genuine documents (Passports, Education Certificates, Experience Letters). The submission of fraudulent documents will result in the immediate termination of services without refund.

  • Respond to our team’s requests for information in a timely manner.

  • Notify us immediately of any changes in your circumstances (e.g., marriage, new job, criminal charge).

4. Fees and Payments

  • Service Fees: All professional fees must be paid as per the schedule outlined in your Service Agreement.

  • Third-Party Costs: Government fees, embassy filing fees, medicals, police clearance, and courier charges are not included in our professional fee and must be paid by the client directly or reimbursed to us.

  • Changes in Fees: Government fees are subject to change without notice. The client is responsible for paying the current fee at the time of submission.

5. Refund Policy

Our professional fees cover the time and expertise used to prepare your case. Therefore:

  • Strict Non-Refundable Policy: Once the initial assessment or processing has commenced, fees paid to Bidaya Consultants are generally non-refundable.

  • Exceptions: Refunds are only considered if Bidaya Consultants makes a critical error that leads to a rejection (e.g., applying for the wrong visa category).

  • No Refund for Rejection: No refund will be issued if a visa is refused due to the client’s failure to provide documents, failure of a medical exam, failing a background check, or providing false information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bidaya Consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services shall be limited to the amount of professional fees actually paid by you to us.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bidaya Consultants and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
